• Request for NOC to obtain trade license to practice horticulture activity in Dubai
– This service is provided by Public Parks & Horticulture Department
– Fees are as charged by DM.
– Time Frame is 3 working days.

b) Agriculture Service and Greens
• Request to permit landscaping work within road corridor
– This service is provided by Building Department
– Fees charged are AED 1,000 refundable Deposit
– Time Frame is 2 working days.
• Request for Permit to get agricultural Soil
– This service is provided by Environment Department
– Fees charged are based on soil coupon of AED 5 for soil from designated locations
– Time Frame is 3 working days.
• Request to buy organic fertilizers
– This service is provided by Sewage Treatment Plant Department
– Fees charged are AED 10 / bag of organic fertilizers
– Time Frame is at the time of service.
• Request for NOC to work on the cultivated areas
– This service is provided by Public Parks & Horticulture Department
– Fees are as charged by DM.
– Time Frame is based on the activity work under taken by customer (form 5 to 14 working days).
– The list of activities is mentioned in DM portal under this section.
• Request to buy horticulture plants
– This service is provided by Public Parks & Horticulture Department
– Fees are charged as under
Bush – AED 5 depending on the age
One Tree – AED 8 depending on the age
100 seeding are Flowers – AED 50
– Time Frame is at the time of service.

c) Recreational Facilities and Public Parks
• Request to visit the Children City
– This service is provided by Recreational Facilities Department
– Fees are charged as under
Entrance fees for Schools – AED 5/ person (not less than 20 members in a group), 2 staff members are allowed to enter free of cost.
Entrance fees for special groups – AED 10/ person (not less than 20 members in a group), 1 instructor is allowed to enter free of cost.
– Time Frame is 2 working days.
• Request to rent Children City facilities
– This service is provided by Recreational Facilities Department
– Fees are charged as per schedule provided in the DM portal under this section
– Time Frame is 1 working day.
– The facilities can be rented for 5 hours to 1 full day depending on the request.
– Timings for rent are from Saturday to Thursday 7:30pm to 08:00 pm and Friday 3:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Request for Permit to Visit Wildlife Sanctuary
– This service is provided by Environment Department.
– Fees as charged by DM
– Time Frame is 1 working day.
• Filming / Promotion Request at Public Parks
– This service is provided by Public Parks & Horticulture Department
– Fees are charged as under
Photography / Videography in public parks permission – AED 500 / day
Approvals of promoting products in public parks fees – AED 1,000 / day
