Companies that have no violations with the Ministry of Labour may apply for mission visas, provided that the person who will hold the mission visa should not have a ban. To apply Mission visa for any candidate recruited by the company, it needs to apply the quota. The e-quota application form is available at Tasheel Centre. Documents required for e-quota: Copy of Trade License, Labour Establishment Card, Tenancy Contract (Ejari). While applying quota one needs to know the, Gender (whether Male or Female) and profession (Designation) to be mentioned.
Original e-signature card of the authorized signatory is must to complete mission visa process.
Second Step:Offer Letter:
Once the mission quota is approved, the offer letter needs to be typed from Tasheel Centre and get signature and Thump Impression from the Employee. If the employee is out of the county, the offer letter can be emailed and on signing the documents needs to send the scanned copy for submission. Documents Required for Offer Letter: Passport copy of employee, Photography with White Background, Designation, Salary Details of the employee and Original E-Signature Card, Trade License and Labour Establishment Card Copy of the company.
Third Step:Mission Visa Permit:
Once you received the signed Offer Letter, Mission visa Permit application needs to be typed at Tasheel along with the offer letter and Company Seal/Sign and plus All documents mentioned in the above section. Work Permit Approval will come after two days to 4 working days depending on the Nationality. Application status can be tracked through www.mol.gov.ae by entering MB number which is printed on the application.
Fourth Step:Bank Guarantee:
Once the Mission visa is approved company needs to pay Bank Guarantee (Dh3000 for each) at Bank or Exchange. If the company has any excess bank guarantee reflecting in the Ministry of Labour, then no need to pay bank guarantee for the new application. On cancellation of Employment Visa the Bank guarantee is refundable.
Fifth Step:Labour Card:
The Labour Fee needs to be paid as per the company category mentioned in the Ministry of Labour.
Sixth Step:Immigration Fee:
On paying the Bank Guarantee and Labour fee, you need to then type the Entry Permit Application form with a fee of Dh750 if Outside country & DH320 if Inside country, for each visa through EDNRD online and get e-Visa on approval. Depending on the Nationality Entry permit will be out after security check. Visa holder should enter UAE within 14 days from the date of Visa issue. If exceeds, visa will be invalid and new visa application should be submitted.Medical & Labour Contract:
Once u enter UAE the Medical and Labour Contract should be completed within 30 days from the date of arrival. For mission visa holder there is no need for Emirates ID and visa stamping. Validity of labour Contract is 90 days, the same can be renewed for another 90 days.FINE:
In case of failure to complete Medical & Labour Contract within 30 days from the date of entry, fine for delay will be calculated at Dh100 for every day.Labour Card Renew:
On completing the 90 days period the labour card needs to be renewed within 7 days from the date of expiry. There is a Fine of DH100 per day for non-renewal of contract on time. In case of non-renewal of the contract the mission visa holder needs to exit the country within a period of 7 days. There is a fine of DH100 per day after 7 days grace period.Single Entry Only:
No multiple entries are allowed for Mission Visa holder. Once the person exits the country the visa will be invalid.
