ATTESTATION OF CERTIFICATE IN UAE
The United Arab Emirate s will usually require documents that have been issued in the UK to be attested before they can be used in the UAE. This is a two-step process which requires the addition of an Apostle Stamp by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and then subsequent consular attestation by the UAE Embassy in London. The most common documents that require attestation are Birth, Marriage & Death certificates, Educational Qualifications, and Company Registration documents.
For the avoidance of doubt, attestation is sometimes referred to as legalisation.
Question: How do I get my WILL executed?
Answer : Personal presence of the executant/s with the following documents :
* Valid passport in original of the executant/s, with photocopy (first / last and valid visa page).
* Original WILL and its photocopy. This document is to be signed in the presence of the Consular Officer.
* Personal presence of two Indian nationals known to the executant/s, as witnesses (other than the beneficiary).
* Valid passports in original with photocopy (first / last and valid visa page), of the witnesses.
* Two passport size photographs of the executant/s.
NO FORM IS REQUIRED
Additional documents may be needed depending upon the documents presented for attestation. Document is processed the same day within 30-45 minutes of submission
