ATTESTATION OF CERTIFICATE IN UAE
The United Arab Emirate s will usually require documents that have been issued in the UK to be attested before they can be used in the UAE. This is a two-step process which requires the addition of an Apostle Stamp by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and then subsequent consular attestation by the UAE Embassy in London. The most common documents that require attestation are Birth, Marriage & Death certificates, Educational Qualifications, and Company Registration documents.
For the avoidance of doubt, attestation is sometimes referred to as legalisation.
To apply for loan/finance from banks in India, Salary Certificate is required attested from Indian Consulate.
Private Company Employee
(attestation from Ministry of Labor, Foreign Affairs & Indian Consulate)
Take the following documents to Ministry of labor in Al Qusais:
* Original Labour Contract and a copy
* Labour Card copy
* Passport copy
* Labour Establishment card copy
* Ministry of Labour will attest on the contract. No Fee to be paid
* Second attestation from UAE Foreign Affairs.
* Third attestation from IVS Global Services Private Limited (outsourcing agency of Indian Consulate)

Attestation will take 1-2 hours. If you are in hurry, you can leave after submission of the document and collect it next day from the Security Personnel.
Documents Required at IVS Global:
* Personal presence of the person whose salary certificate is to be attested.
* Applicant’s valid passport in original and photocopy (first / last and valid visa page).
* Salary certificate, in original and a photocopy attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
NOTE: Chamber of Commerce attestation is not valid for Salary Certificate at Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Government/Semi-government Employee
(attestation from Foreign Affairs & Indian Consulate)
* Get Salary Certificate from concerned Government / Free Zone Authority
* First attestation from UAE Foreign Affairs.
* Second attestation from IVS Global Services Private Limited (outsourcing agency of Indian Consulate). Fee: Dh60
