Relative Work Permit
According to the MOHRE, a work permit can be issued to spouses, whether the wife is sponsored by her husband or vice versa. Additionally, if a woman over 18 years old is sponsored by her father, she is also eligible to work legally in Dubai, and a work permit can be applied for. This work permit allows you to engage in professional activities, manage a business, or provide professional services in the UAE.

Relative work permit contract typing
Work Permit application needs to be typed at Tasheel with all the documents mentioned in the above section. The work permit contract which is received has to be sent to the employee for the signature and thumb impression.
Labour Contract Submission
On receiving the signed contract you can then proceed to do the Labour Contract submission at Tasheel Centre. Application status can be tracked through https://inquiry.mohre.gov.ae/ by entering MB number which is printed on the application.

Work permit renewal is applicable only for employment visa holders. But as per mol law renewal is not applicable for relative work permit. After expiry we have to apply for new work permit.
