Terms And Conditions Of Freezone

Mandatory Health Insurance cost to be paid separately to Insurance company.
50 shareholders included per license package with no general restrictions imposed, maximum number of shareholders is subject to the approval of the Authority.
Late license and Establishment card renewal fine applicable after initial 30-day grace period and AED 1,000 per month for every month thereafter.
No requirements for physical office space, annual audits, paid up share capital requirements.
In Media Package up to 5 Activities from the Media list only, e-commerce will be in Media.
Standard 5 Activities can be included from any category for example Trading & 4 other desired activities.
