Employee Residence Permits (Visa) - Apply for New’ on DMCC portal.

Steps

Step 1: Complete the application form to apply for new visa.

Step 2: Upload the stage 1 required documents and proceed with the payment.

Step 3: will receive a notification confirming the DMCC approval.

Step 4: Then will receive a notification confirming the submission of documents to GDRFA.

Step 5: copy of the entry permit will be uploaded by DMCC

Step6: Submit the original passport with entry permit and the cancellation paper or visit visa copy at the DMCC Counters for change of status. Paying AED 750 in the portal.

Step 7: will receive a notification confirming the change of status of the Entry Permit & the next.

Step 8: The HR Signatory of the company receives a notification with the relevant employment

documentation to electronically sign them.

Step 9: Once the HR signatory has completed the e-signing, the employee receives a

notification to e-sign the same employment documentation.

Step 10: Apply for the Medical

Step 11: Apply for Emirates ID.

Step 12: upload the eid application, medical certificate and insurance copy in the portal and last

Step 13: Submit the required documents for residence visa stamping on the DMCC counters.

 For companies on flexi desks, the company’s authorised person must collect the

original passport with stamped residence visa and employment card at the DMCC counter. For

companies on physical offices, the Courier will deliver the original passport with stamped

residence visa and employment card to the company.

Step1: Complete the application form to apply for ‘Employment Services – Employee Residence Permit (Visa) Renewal’ on the DMCC portal.

Step 2: Upload the required documents and proceed with the payment.

Step 3: Apply for Emirates ID in any approved typing centre or through the DMCC portal.

Step 4: If Emirates ID typing service is applied through DMCC, the applicant must submit the EID typing required documents at DMCC Client Service Centre counters to complete the typing process. Once the typing is done, Emirates ID registration form will be uploaded in the service request ‘SR Documents’.

Step 5: Apply for the medical test in any government approved hospital, clinic or centre.

Step 6: If the medical fitness test is applied through DMCC, the medical fitness request will be typed by DMCC and uploaded in the service request ‘SR Documents’. The applicant will need to take a copy and approach a government approved hospital, clinic or centre to complete the medical test.

Step 7: Once the medical fitness test certificate is issued, upload the certificate in the service request ‘SR Documents’ section.

Step 8: Receive a notification confirming that the service request is created and to proceed with the original documents submission at DMCC counters.

Step 9: Submit the relevant required documents in original at DMCC Client Service Centre counters.

Step 10: Receive a notification confirming the submission of documents to GDRFA.

Step 11: Receive a notification confirming the issuance of the renewed residence visa permit.

Step 12: For companies on flexi desks, the company’s authorised person must collect the original passport with the stamped residence visa and employment card at the DMCC counter.

For companies on physical offices, the Courier will deliver the original passport with stamped residence visa and employment card to the company

Residence visa will be renewed for 3 years and a renewed company employment card will be issued

Step 2: Upload the required documents and proceed with the payment.

Step 3: Receive a notification confirming that the service request is submitted.

Step 4: The HR Signatory of the company receives a notification with the End of Service Entitlement to electronically sign it.

Step 5: Once the HR signatory has completed the e-signing, the employee receives a notification to e-sign the same End of Service Entitlement. If the employee’s salary is equal to or less than Version 1.1 Issue Date: 01/08/2017 4 AED 5000, the employee must visit the DMCC counter for the in-person signing.

Step 6: The Company’s authorised representative to approach DMCC counters for submission of original documents, if the employee is outside the country for less than six months and has sent his / her original passport to the company.

Step 7: Receive a notification confirming the submission of documents to GDRFA. 

Step 8: Receive a notification confirming the cancellation of the residence visa. 

Step 9: The courier will deliver the original passport along with the cancellation documents to the company office; as for flexi desks, the company’s authorised representative must collect the cancellation documents from the DMCC counter. In case the cancellation is without the original passport, the service request will be closed, and the visa deposit will be released.

Step 3: Receive a notification confirming that the service request is submitted.

Step 4: The HR Signatory of the company receives a notification with the End of Service Entitlement to electronically sign it.

Step 5: Once the HR signatory has completed the e-signing, the employee receives a notification to e-sign the same End of Service Entitlement. If the employee’s salary is equal to or less than AED 5000, the employee must visit the DMCC counter for the in-person signing.

Step 6: The Company’s authorised representative to approach DMCC counters for submission of original documents.

Step 7: Receive a notification confirming the submission of documents to GDRFA.

Step 8: Receive a notification confirming the cancellation of the residence visa.

Step 9: The courier will deliver the original passport along with the cancellation documents to the company office; as for flexi desks, the company’s authorised representative must collect Version 1.1 Issue Date: 01/08/2017 5 the cancellation documents from the DMCC counter.
